About the workshop

This free workshop covers the fundamentals of sports nutrition for roundnet athletes, with a focus on fueling training sessions and tournament play, hydration strategies for fast-paced rallies, and recovery nutrition between matches. Healthy eating habits tailored to the demands of roundnet will also be addressed.

The session aims to increase awareness of the role nutrition plays in performance on the court, provide practical nutritional guidance for players, and support healthier, more sustainable habits within the roundnet community. Coaches will also gain evidence-based recommendations they can apply with their teams.

Intended for: roundnet athletes, coaches, PE teachers, and students interested in sport and health.

Sport Scientist & Strength and Conditioning Coach

A sport scientist and experienced S&C coach with a holistic approach to athletic development. Formerly the lead S&C coach at the FSV Frankfurt Youth Academy and currently working with the Roundnet Germany national team. His work goes beyond physical preparation, combining strength and conditioning with education on recovery and nutrition. Passionate about helping athletes improve performance, develop sustainable habits and gain the knowledge needed to support their long-term health and athletic development.
