Coaching Techniques & Player Development in Roundnet, Live Workshop (EN) w/ Scott Beeks
Effective coaching is not only about knowing what to teach, but also how to structure the learning process for players at different stages of development.
This workshop explores modern coaching methodologies in the context of roundnet, with a focus on planning effective training sessions, building logical skill progressions and adapting practices to different levels of experience. Participants will also examine how coaching sessions can remain engaging and motivating while contributing to clear and consistent athlete development.
The workshop aims to provide coaches with practical tools they can apply in their own sessions, improve the quality and consistency of coaching, and support the creation of structured learning pathways that encourage both player progression and long-term participation in the sport.
Designed for roundnet coaches, assistant coaches, physical education teachers and advanced players interested in coaching.
